At Bupa, strategic transformation is about creating better outcomes for our customers, people and business. As a Transformation Office Associate, you'll play an important role in helping us track, measure and accelerate that progress.
Joining our Group Transformation Office on a 7-month fixed-term contract, you'll be responsible for managing the reporting and governance of strategic KPIs, turning data into meaningful insights that support senior decision-making. You'll identify trends, tell the story behind the numbers, and help ensure we stay focused on delivering our strategic ambitions.
Alongside this, you'll support a range of project management and coordination activities, contribute to research and analysis, and help prepare impactful updates for senior leaders.
If you're highly organised, naturally curious and enjoy combining data, insight and stakeholder collaboration to make things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
Strategic KPI Governance
- Support the preparation and delivery of governance workstream for Strategic KPIs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.

- Liaise with finance, audit, risk and other teams to align on governance workplan and timelines.
- Support production of materials for formal governance meetings (e.g. sub-committees etc).
KPI Reporting and Value adding insights
- Gather, validate and analyse data to support performance reporting and insight generation.
- Support (i) quarterly reporting of Strategic KPIs internally, and (ii) periodic external reporting of Strategic KPIs – along with associated commentary & trend analysis.
- Assist in the production of KPI dashboards, performance reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain robust spreadsheets and reporting templates for Strategic KPIs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
