Job Title: Transformation Programme Manager – Outsourcing, Offshoring & Transformation

Location: Norwich / London / Remote (flexible hybrid working, 50% onsite)

Inside / Outside IR35: Inside IR35

Duration: 12 Month Contract

This is a great job for someone who is an experienced Transformation Programme Manager with a strong background in delivering large-scale outsourcing and offshoring programmes within regulated Financial Services or Insurance environments. It will suit someone confident operating at executive level, leading complex multi-workstream transformation, and driving structured delivery across global operating models.

A bit about the job:

This role sits at the centre of a major strategic transformation programme focused on outsourcing and offshoring across multiple business functions. You will lead end-to-end programme delivery, including governance, transition execution, operating model change, and delivery assurance. Working closely with senior leadership, procurement, operations, technology, and external partners, you will ensure successful mobilisation, execution, and stabilisation of new delivery models. The role plays a key part in shaping future operating models, improving efficiency, and ensuring all change is delivered in line with regulatory, risk, and commercial requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
