Join the Global Transformation Team at Foundever, where we are seeking two energized and motivated individuals to strengthen our Project Management expertise.

We take pride in structuring complex topics and breaking them down for diverse stakeholder groups, both internally and externally.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering initiatives within the Global Transformation Programme, as well as other key projects across Foundever. Your role will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed successfully, within scope, on time, and on budget, all while supporting Foundever’s transformation and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of projects within the Global Transformation Programme and other strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive project plans to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize their impact.
  • Provide regular and transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Promote and implement best practices in project management, capturing and disseminating lessons learned.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to Foundever’s policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support change management activities to enhance the adoption of new processes, technologies, or ways of working.
  • Facilitate project meetings and workshops, ensuring effective documentation and follow-up on action items.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience.
  • Proven track record in managing diverse projects, particularly in transformation, process improvement, or technology initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
  • Change management experience or certification is advantageous.
