Our client, a leading organisation in the UK, is hiring a highly skilled Transition Manager to lead large-scale service transitions end-to-end. This role involves designing innovative solutions, managing service transfers from incumbent providers, and ensuring operational excellence while meeting client expectations. You will develop strategic plans, manage complex environments, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including at board level.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead service transition projects, developing viable plans, costs, and risk assessments.
- Manage the transfer of services, maintaining service levels throughout.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Build and lead delivery teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships, shaping client expectations and growing project portfolios.
- Operate effectively in complex, political environments, representing the organisation confidently.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience managing large-scale service transitions across multiple projects and sectors such as Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Service Management.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 25+ and multiple vendors.
- Industry-recognised project management certification.
- Knowledge of international delivery models and multi-stream services.
- Flexibility in work arrangements and experience working outside the UK is advantageous.
- Active UK SC security clearance, sole UK national.
