Transition & Transformation Manager
End Client: Confidential (Insurance Domain)
Location: London, UK
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
About the Role
Infosys is looking for an experienced Transition & Transformation Manager to lead large-scale IT transition and transformation programmes within a complex multi-vendor environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering end-to-end transition programmes, operating model transformation, governance, stakeholder management, and organizational change, preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT transition and transformation programmes.
- Define and execute transition strategies, plans, and governance frameworks.
- Manage service transition, knowledge transfer, service readiness, BAU handover, and hypercare activities.
- Drive Target Operating Model (TOM) and operating model transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and continuous service improvement.
- Establish and manage governance forums, RAID logs, KPIs, reporting, and programme controls.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and programme delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Lead organisational change management, business readiness, communication, and user adoption activities.
- Work within SIAM/multi-supplier environments to ensure successful programme delivery.

Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT Transition and Transformation.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transition programmes.
- Strong experience in multi-vendor or SIAM environments.
- Experience with Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation.
- Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience leading organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience
- Insurance or Financial Services domain.
- Outsourcing, Digital Transformation, or Cloud Modernisation programmes.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, SIAM, or DevOps.
