South East/Kent - including areas around the M25

About Us

Stonegate Group is the UK’s largest operator of pubs, bars, and late-night venues. We’re proud of our diverse portfolio and deeply committed to creating an inclusive culture that embraces individuality. By fostering an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and supported, we reflect the vibrant communities we serve and empower our people to thrive.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the South East and Kent region - including areas around the M25 to recruit publicans for sites moving from Stonegate’s Managed and Craft Union businesses into the Pub Partners division. Reporting to the Transitions Director, you’ll manage the recruitment and onboarding of new publicans, support them through the transition, and ensure a seamless handover to the relevant Regional Manager. You’ll be responsible for developing capable publicans, maintaining high standards in leased and tenanted pubs, enforcing property standards, and driving improvements in retailing. The role also includes business reviews, compliance with the Pubs Code, and close collaboration with Pub Support Centre teams and suppliers to meet company objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
