The role sits within TransPerfect’s fastest-growing department, delivering patent translation solutions to clients.
The Role: Translation Project Coordinator
Key Focus: Managing and coordinating language projects from inception to completion, ensuring:
- Quality, compliance, and profitability
- Single point of accountability for all assigned projects
Core Responsibilities
- Independently execute patent translation & filing projects, overseeing every stage with precision.
- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, linguists, and patent attorneys (global teams) to deliver high-quality translations.
- Provide expert advice on patent filing processes, strengthening relationships with clients and sales by leveraging your knowledge of the field.
- Interpret market trends and operational challenges, proposing actionable improvements:
- Internal process optimisation
- Enhanced external offerings
- Act as a problem-solver, driving collaboration with colleagues to refine workflows.
