Transport Admin Clerk (Nights)

Transport Clerk

  • Pay Rate: £25,750.00 + 10% Night Shift Allowance
  • Grade: P
  • Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
  • Shift Patterns: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am
  • Location: Stoke On Trent (Dunelm Contract) ST4

DHL, an award-winning supply chain leader, is looking for an experienced Transport Clerk to ensure smooth-running transport activities. This role focuses on operational accuracy, compliance, and high standards.


About the Role

In this position, you will:

  • Prepare, organise, and issue driver packs, ensuring all routes and requirements are documented.
  • Conduct thorough driver pre-affiliations and debriefs to maintain safety, compliance, and operational accuracy.
  • Complete all transport administration tasks, including data entry and record management.
  • Handle call volumes to support operational coordination and customer service.
  • Provide essential support to the night operation for seamless overnight logistics.
