- Salary: £26,780.00 per annum plus Veolia benefits
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
- Location: 1 Station Road, Four Ashes, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 7DG

Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks and inputting data accurately into company systems
- Creating purchase orders, updating spreadsheets, receipting orders, and resolving supplier queries
- Ensuring timely payroll data entry for staff payments
- Raising customer invoices and handling billing queries professionally
- Gathering and collating key performance data to support management decisions
- Maintaining compliance with Veolia policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
Essential Skills
- Ability to handle data and financial information with high accuracy
- Proven skills in prioritisation, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in transport or logistics
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Sheets, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication for liaising with colleagues and suppliers
- Capacity to work independently or as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities
