Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, 1pm - 9pm
Location: Southampton

We're now looking for a Transport Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in keeping our transport operation running efficiently, accurately and on schedule.
A Typical Day May Involve
- To maintain and complete timely and accurate records for the transport department and complete all administrative aspects of the department to support the Management team.
- To monitor, input and process driver payroll information.
- The production of reports and statistics for the management team on a weekly basis.
- Participation in meetings in a note-taking capacity when appropriate.
- Monitoring of fuel consumption for all drivers.
- Liaising with drivers when departing and returning from site.
- Maintaining accurate agency cost and information and liaising with the agency in regards to this information.

This Role Would Suit People Who
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience of data input and admin duties.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a busy office environment.
