Ridgway Rentals Ltd are currently looking for a Transport Administrator to join its team, based out of St Martins, near Oswestry.

Person Specification
Applicants must be organized and able to manage their own workload in an efficient and accurate manner. The correct candidate must be willing to work some early mornings and some late afternoon’s / evenings depending on the requirements of the business. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not required as full training will be provided. A full clean driving license will be required for this role.
Job Description
The job role Transport Administrator is reportable to the Transport Manager and Transport Director, the duties include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Assist the Transport Manager & Director in managing a fleet of vehicles and their drivers
- Carrying out general administration tasks
- Generating reports, which must incorporate any necessary legal information
- Completing accurate abnormal load notifications
- Generally assisting with the day-to-day running of the department including answering phone calls, providing ETA’s for both collections and deliveries.
- Driving cars and vans where required.
- Completing timesheets and monitoring drivers hours.
