About the Role

As a Transport Clerk, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing driver dispatch, debriefs, and documentation to support efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities

| Act as the first point of contact for driver queries, escalating issues to first-line managers when needed |
| Maintain accurate data entry and filing while adhering to compliance and audit requirements |
| Support legal, corporate, and customer compliance for safety, service, and data integrity |
| Escalate driver concerns, performance issues, or welfare matters to line managers as appropriate |
| Enforce site rules, safety standards, and operational procedures through shift interactions |
| Handle dispatch and driver debriefs, ensuring all paperwork and system entries are accuracy-timed |

Who This Role Suits YOU
- Proven administrative experience (essential)
- Preference for Transport Operation experience (desirable)
- Excellent IT skills (all Microsoft packages)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality
