Pay Rate: £27,000.00 Grade: RCS O Contract: Permanent (Full-Time) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Location: Manchester (M32 OUT)

We’re now seeking a Transport Compliance Administrator to drive accurate compliance reporting, manage audit processes, and provide critical administrative support across our transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ A typical day may involve:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support within transport compliance and auditing
- Serving as the primary contact for all audit-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Preparing and maintaining compliance audit data to a high standard, with all periodic reporting completed on schedule
- Using fleet and driver management systems to extract, analyse, and present data for operational reporting
- Interpreting customer requirements and delivering clear, insightful information through effective communication

Ideal Candidate Profile
This role would suit candidates with:
- Experience in a similar role within a transport compliance environment
- A strong understanding of operator licence compliance for Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs)
- Good knowledge of driver hours regulations and associated record-keeping standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and presentation tools -Ability to work effectively to deadlines and meet agreed targets
