Transport Coordinator - Liverpool (Night Shift)

Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 DOE

Nter Talent is recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to join a busy transport operation in Liverpool, working night shifts. This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced overnight environment.

The Role:

  • Coordinating overnight transport operations to ensure deliveries run smoothly and on time
  • Analysing data to identify trends and inform logistics decisions
  • Managing relationships with customers and drivers, delivering excellent service and promptly addressing any concerns
  • Using IT systems (including [TMS/TOPS], Excel, and Word) to maintain accurate records and generate reports
  • Supporting the wider transport team with communications and shift handovers
  • Making real-time decisions to resolve operational issues such as delays

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good IT skills with the ability to quickly pick up new systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable and reliable working night shifts
