The Successful Transport Coordinator Will Have
- Previous experience within Transport, Logistics, Fleet or Transport Administration
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with drivers, customers and internal departments
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Commutable to the Carnwath area
The Role Of The Transport Coordinator Will Include
- Coordinating deliveries and collections across multiple sites
- Maintaining transport, compliance and vehicle records
- Liaising with project managers, drivers and customers regarding delivery schedules
- Supporting fleet compliance, servicing schedules and transport documentation
- Providing administrative support to the Transport Department and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives
