The Successful Transport Coordinator Will Have

  • Previous experience within Transport, Logistics, Fleet or Transport Administration
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with drivers, customers and internal departments
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Commutable to the Carnwath area

The Role Of The Transport Coordinator Will Include

  • Coordinating deliveries and collections across multiple sites
  • Maintaining transport, compliance and vehicle records
  • Liaising with project managers, drivers and customers regarding delivery schedules
  • Supporting fleet compliance, servicing schedules and transport documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the Transport Department and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives
