Working alongside regional leadership, you’ll act as a key technical voice within transport planning and engineering, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects that improve connectivity, accessibility, and infrastructure performance.

No two projects are the same, and your work will directly influence how people move, live, and work, while supporting the continued growth of the business.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced and confident transport professional with a strong consulting disposition. Ideally, you will have:
- A degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Chartered status (or working towards) in CIHT, ICE, TPS, or equivalent
- Proven experience in conducting transport assessments, modelling, and scheme development
- A strong understanding of development planning and highway design principles
- Experience producing transport statements, strategies, and feasibility studies
- Confidence leading technical delivery and managing stakeholder relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
