We're now looking for a Transport first line manager to play a key role in our transport logistics operation.
A Typical Day May Involve
- Supervise/ manage Drivers & direct reports within a transport operation
- Compliance and transport regulations in line with customer KPIs
- People management including absence, discipline, and ensuring all employees comply with the DHL code of conduct
- Helping maintain a positive workplace culture, recognizing excellence
- Support direct reports and helping drive engagement culture with our site teams.

This Role Would Suit People Who
- Have transport logistics experience
- Transport legal compliance desirable
- Transport health and safety compliance
- Proactive, can work well under pressure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, apps, excel required
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
