Transport Fleet Administrator – Lichfield

About the Role
We are recruiting for a Transport Fleet Administrator to join our ever-growing Transport Team at our site in Lichfield. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.

What You’ll Do
You will work closely with the Transport department, reporting directly to the Transport Team Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily validation of Transport VOR/Service schedules
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance for company vehicles
- Handling database management
- Coordinating maintenance scheduling
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Monitoring and managing fleet compliance
- Raising and tracking defect issues
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, or fleet administration
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage high volumes of data efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
