Transport Fleet Administrator – Lichfield

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Transport Fleet Administrator to join our ever-growing Transport Team at our site in Lichfield. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.

What You’ll Do

You will work closely with the Transport department, reporting directly to the Transport Team Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily validation of Transport VOR/Service schedules
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance for company vehicles
  • Handling database management
  • Coordinating maintenance scheduling
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Monitoring and managing fleet compliance
  • Raising and tracking defect issues

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, or fleet administration
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage high volumes of data efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
