Transport Fleet Administrator

We are recruiting for a [Transport Fleet Administrator] to join the ever-growing Transport Team at our Lichfield site on a full-time, permanent basis (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00).
About the Role
In this position, you’ll support our Transport Department, helping to optimise our fleet operations while contributing to an efficient logistics and supply chain solution provider.

Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Transport Team Manager
- Validate Transport VOR/Service schedules
- Maintain company vehicle records and compliance
- Manage fleet compliance, including raising defect issues
- Carry out database management, maintenance scheduling and administrative tasks
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience in logistics or Transport fleet administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of data and meet deadlines
- Sharp attention to detail
