CAS is recruiting experienced self-employed auditors to carry out organisational and course audits across DVSA's DCPC, TDPT, DGDT, and DDR schemes. Applicants with backgrounds in transport management, compliance and quality management, driver training and assessment, fleet compliance, and transport operations management are encouraged to apply.
This is a home-based role with travel to audit locations as required. Immediate start available for suitable candidates.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates able to provide coverage in the following priority regions:
- Northern Ireland
- Inverness & the Highlands
- Newcastle & Middlesbrough
- Carlisle & Cumbria
- Lincolnshire
- Norfolk
- Suffolk
- Cambridge & surrounding areas
- Swindon
- Reading
- Bournemouth & Southampton

Essential:
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience within the transport, logistics, driver training, dangerous goods, fleet compliance, or transport quality assurance sectors
- Strong organisational, communication and digital skills

Preferred:
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)
Desirable:
- DDR and/or ADR qualifications
- DVSA Earned Recognition experience
- Registered ADI status
- Level 3 qualification in Managing Substance Abuse
- Experience auditing, quality assuring or managing regulated training schemes
