Why Superdrug?

Passionate about Beauty and Health? Want to be part of an innovative, trend-setting retailer?

We are a team committed to putting our customers and teams at the heart of everything we do. At Superdrug, we aim to be the best in accessible health & beauty, loved by customers for value, choice, friendly advice, and fun.

Our success is driven by our people—personality, fun, and hard work combine to deliver That Superdrug Feeling.

Excel as a Transport Manager

Join our Superdrug Supply Chain team as a Transport Manager at our Southern Distribution Centre in Dunstable. This pivotal role shapes stock distribution to 1,033 stores through direct-to-store and trunking deliveries, ensuring outstanding availability, service, and cost efficiency across the retail network supporting both Superdrug and Savers.

The Role

You’ll contribute to Transport Management (part of a team of four), bending operational excellence across a 7-day schedule while adhering to strong peer support and wider structures like our Transport Compliance Office (TCO).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee safe, compliant, resilient, and cost-effective transport for outbound store deliveries, inter-distribution centre trunking, and third-party movements.
  • Joint O-License holder for managing accounts that cover up to 100 motor vehicles and 150 trailers, ensuring DVSA, Health & Safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead a mixed workforce (permanent + agency transport staff) in high-service, safety, and innovation standards.
  • Work flexibly, including rota-based weekend shifts, to ensure operational continuity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
