The Role
As we continue our mission, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as Transport Operational Support.
Working Hours
Shift work is a requirement, with Saturdays included (5 out of 7 on a rotational basis). Rotating shifts:

Joining a busy transport team at our Belfast site, the Transport Operational Support role includes (but is not limited to):
What You’ll Be Doing
- Resource planning and transport support for warehouse & schedule operations
- Handling customer and driver queries
- Driver dispatch & de-brief
- Performing asset tracking and fuel monitoring (via MPG file or MCS system)
- Managing scheduled maintenance for fleet
- Inputting and compiling accurate KPI reports
- Coordinating and supporting planning functions as needed
- Ability to substitute for development where required
- Any additional duties as and when necessary
Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Proficiency in transport operations
- Competent in Outlook & Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Good working knowledge of systems
