Transport Operations Manager
We are seeking a Transport Operations Manager to take responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the College’s transport function, including fleet management, transport planning, stakeholder engagement, driver supervision, and regulatory compliance.
The role is full-time during term time plus an additional 6 weeks during the school holidays (total of 40 weeks) across the year. To support the successful operation of transportation at the College and particularly to support our Sports department, this role will require working on Saturdays during term time.
This is a hands-on operational management role requiring visibility across the College campus and close collaboration with academic departments, operational teams, external transport providers, parents, and regulatory bodies.
Salary range is £35,000 - £40,000 FTE
