Job Description
Hours of Work: 10 hours per day (inclusive of a 1 hour unpaid lunch break) between the hours of 6am and 6pm. Hours of work may differ to suit operational requirements and shift cover.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the transport planning team to achieve required delivery expectations.
- Analyse data to identify trends and make informed logistics decisions.
- Manage relationships with customers and drivers, delivering exceptional service and promptly addressing any concerns.
- Use IT systems, including TOPS, VBS, Excel and Word, to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
- Assisting Transport Planners with communications.
- Work in line with company mission statement of promoting Honesty, Transparency and Unity so that as a business we can collaborate and navigate any problematic occurrences which arise.
- Make real-time operational decisions to resolve issues such as delays.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong IT skills, with a quick adaptability to new software and technologies.
- Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations.
