💷 Salary: £28,000–£38,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

PAV Haulage Ltd is seeking two experienced and motivated Transport Operators to join our expanding operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing logistics business, where you will play a key role in the day-to-day planning and coordination of our transport operation, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating daily transport operations.
- Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal departments.
- Monitoring vehicle movements and responding to operational issues.
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Maintaining accurate transport records and system updates.
- Supporting compliance with transport legislation and company procedures.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within a transport or logistics environment.
- Is highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Can communicate confidently with drivers, customers, and colleagues.
- Remains calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize workloads.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with transport management systems is advantageous.

Working Hours
This position has two openings:
- 4:00am – 2:00pm
- 8:00am – 6:00pm
