Are you an experienced transport planner or logistics administrator seeking your next opportunity?
At Proximo, the UK’s leading provider of specialist and adapted replacement vehicles, we are dedicated to keeping people on the move. When vehicles are out of action, we step in to provide replacements, ensuring our customers maintain their independence and mobility.
As a key member of our branch network, our transport planners are the unsung heroes behind the scenes. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless daily operations, from organising driver schedules for deliveries and collections to solving challenges as they arise on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with arranging the delivery of replacement hire vehicles to customers.
- Liaising with the Proximo branch network to secure suitable vehicles for our customers.
- Arranging collections of clients' hire vehicles.
- Reporting of issues regarding collections of vehicles to Head Office.
- Checking and inputting driver hours, agency driver hours, expenses, and fuel costs daily.
- Updating client files with relevant information using the bespoke company system.
- Overseeing accurate recording of any vehicle damage.
