We are looking for a Transport Planner to join the team at our Swindon depot!
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Hours 11:00am - 8:00pm
- Plan and coordinate daily vehicle movements and driver schedules across the UK.
- Ensure fleet utilization is efficient and cost-effective.
- Monitor driver hours, tachograph compliance and transport KPIs.
- Maintain transport records, servicing schedules and compliance documentation.
- Support route optimisation to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Assist with fleet maintenance planning, MOTs and defect reporting.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a Transport Planner/ Transport Coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of drivers hours, tachograph regulations, and transport compliance.
- Experience using Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Good IT skills using Microsoft Office.

Desirable
- Knowledge of O License compliance.
- Previous experience within 3PL or multi- customer operations.
