At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As our Transport Shift Manager, you’ll take charge of the transport operation during your shift—making sure deliveries run smoothly, safely, and on time. You’ll lead a team of drivers and transport colleagues, focusing on compliance, performance, and great service. Working closely with the wider logistics team, you’ll optimise routes, monitor KPIs, and keep standards high.

- Experience managing or supervising in transport or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of driver hours, compliance, and health & safety standards.
- A passion for coaching and developing others.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
