Maidenhead - 40 Hour Contract - Working 5 days a week - Monday - Sunday on a rolling rota.

Your Role
- Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
- Ensure all customer service interactions and communication by distribution employees are polite and courteous.
- Support with the full compliance of the Home Delivery Fleet in line with vehicle operator licensing legislation and regulations which includes accurate vehicle records (up to 2 years) servicing in line with regulations and Drivers Hours, Working Time and Daily Checks.
- Ensure that all vehicles are kept to pre-set standards and are always legally compliant.
- Ensure the warehouse/distribution centre is clean, tidy and organised.
- Ensure all transport centre administration is carried out in an efficient, well organised and effective manner i.e. sign of delivery documentation and making sure payment has been received.
- With the DM ensure all /distribution employees deliver the Premier Delivery Service consistently, including pre delivery inspections, use of protective equipment etc.
- Actively support the store in delivering the Awesome Experience.
- Always following health & safety procedures.
- Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
