We're Hiring! Transport Supervisor
Location: Warrington
Position: Full-time (4 on 4 off day shifts)
Salary: £37,000

The Role
Based at a prestigious customer site, you will be one of those responsible for all aspects of running a day shift in a dynamic, fast-moving Transport operation. This includes driver management, legal compliance, safety, service, quality, and financial performance. Your influence will be pivotal in developing and supporting your team, while upholding the overall standards and achieving KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Driver and team performance management, including ensuring the shift meets KPIs.
- Operational and resource planning.
- O licence conformance and legal compliance.
- Ensuring Health and Safety standards are strictly adhered to.
- Supporting Contract Manager with driver recruitment, arranging inductions, and driver re-training where required.
- Supporting Contract Manager with ongoing investigations.
- Dealing with regular customer interaction.
- Shift reporting and operational handovers.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience managing drivers, ideally in large scale retail operations.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a time-critical service-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPC (Transport Manager) desirable
