Transport Supervisor
Transport Supervisor / Coordinator (Harlow Depot)
Are you ready to take control of a fast-paced transport and warehouse operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely every day? Do you thrive on teamwork, communication, and hitting targets while keeping operations compliant and performing at their best? If so, join us as a Transport Supervisor!
Join our team as Transport Supervisor / Coordinator within our Harlow depot. You’ll work closely within our busy transport department, taking responsibility for both transport and operations while supporting our New Look customer.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:00, with flexibility required for up to 5 days out of 7 to meet business needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Keep transport ops moving: Manage all transport office activities efficiently and in line with company standards
- Be the connector: Ensure clear, effective communication across teams and management
- Own compliance: Ensure transport and warehouse processes are safe, consistent, and fully compliant
- Deliver results: Drive performance, hit KPIs, and continuously aim for excellence
