WE'RE HIRING: TRANSPORT TRAINING MANAGER
Full Time | Monday – Friday (Weekend Availability Required)
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Are you an experienced transport professional with a passion for driver development, compliance, and operational excellence?
We're looking for a Transport Training Manager to lead and continuously improve our driver training programme within a fast-paced operation. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring drivers are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to perform safely and effectively, while driving high standards of compliance and performance across the business.
- Lead driver onboarding, inductions, and ongoing development
- Deliver CPC, compliance, safety, and tachograph training
- Conduct probation reviews and support driver performance
- Work closely with Recruitment and Transport teams
- Drive initiatives to improve safety, reduce accidents, and enhance operational standards
- Lead and develop a team of trainers and drivers

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a Training Manager or similar transport/logistics role
- Valid HGV Licence and CPC qualification (essential)
- Strong understanding of tachograph regulations and transport compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Power BI and Canva experience desirable
