You will be someone who enjoys coordinating multiple activities at once, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and taking pride in providing an efficient and professional service. With excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, you'll be able to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining accurate records and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

About The Team
Warwickshire County Council's Home to School Transport training function delivers First Aid, Safeguarding and PATS training to transport providers across the county.
As demand for our training programme continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Training Support Officer to help coordinate the administration, logistics and day-to-day operation of this important service.
About The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the delivery of training to hundreds of transport staff each year.
You will coordinate bookings, manage venues, maintain training records, process certificates, support trainers and act as a key point of contact for operators and delegates. You will also contribute to reporting, performance monitoring and service improvement activities, helping to ensure the training function operates efficiently and professionally.

Key Requirements
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Experience in an administrative, coordination or customer service role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and using databases or management systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
This role is for 22 hours per week. Working pattern to be agreed upon appointment.

Additional Information
