How You’ll Create Impact
Your responsibilities will include:
- Selling the exclusive range of Zimmer Biomet products as directed by management strategies.
- Developing close relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and allied personnel in your territory.
- Providing or arranging training in the use of Zimmer products (but never assisting in surgical procedures or patient intervention).
- Following up on leads or visits in a timely manner, as instructed by the Sales Manager.
- Adhering to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of your Sales Manager.
- Investing time in understanding Zimmer Biomet and competitive products to ensure effectiveness.
- Participating in sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training when required.
- Ensuring proper care and tracking of samples and instrumentation.
- Taking part in stock checks of FOC instrumentation and consignment stocks as directed.

What Makes You Stand Out
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have successful sales experience in the Medical Devices sector.
- Understand technical medical terminology and anatomy to engage effectively with surgeons and theatre staff.
- Possess full knowledge of the divisional product portfolio.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability to different environments.
- Have a minimum of ‘A’ Level/equivalent education—preferably a business degree.
- Know the designated territory, key hospitals, and relevant hospital personnel.
Your Background
We seek candidates with:
- Proven selling and negotiating techniques alongside strong business acumen.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-centric approach.
Essential Requirements
- A clean driving license is required.
