Travel Administration Supervisor
Base Salary to £33,000 + Bonuses and Great Benefits
Hybrid - Cheshire
Our client is a well established travel company who specialise in adventure, wildlife and wilderness based bespoke travel itineraries with a focus on sustainable tourism.
They create unforgettable tours which are focused on personalised design, authentic experiences, and responsible travel selling to discerning UK and US based clients.
Due to growth, they are now seeking an experienced Travel Administration Supervisor to join the team.
This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone who is genuinely happy to take control: running and improving the booking administration processes, overseeing supplier liaison and client documentation, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Travel Administration Supervisor Duties:
- Managing the whole booking process
- Confirming and making amendments to bookings
- Resolving any issues with booking
- Supporting the sales consultants with any booking enquiries
- Managing relationships with suppliers
Travel Administration Supervisor Experience Required
- Previous administration experience gained within the travel industry is essential
- Experience of managing booking systems and workflow
- Attention to detail
- Well-developed understanding of customer care
- Developed organisational skills and able to manage multiple bookings and priorities calmly

Travel Administration Supervisor Base Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary of up to £33,000 based on experience
