This is a full-time remote role located in the United Kingdom for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing travel bookings
  • Organising itineraries
  • Providing exemplary customer service
  • Ensuring client satisfaction

The role involves creating tailored travel solutions, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. The candidate will work closely with the team to deliver seamless and memorable travel experiences.

Qualifications

  • MUST hold IATA basic fares and ticketing certificate
  • Expertise in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and ability to organise complex travel itineraries
  • Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and software is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in dynamic environments
  • Experience in the travel and events industry is highly advantageous
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to providing outstanding service
