Travel Co-ordinator
Job Opportunity: Travel Coordinator
Fugro, a global leader in geo-data, helps clients design, build, and operate assets safely, sustainably, and efficiently. We are seeking a Travel Coordinator to join our UK travel team, with the option to base yourself in our Aberdeen, Wallingford, or Falmouth offices or work fully remotely.
About the Role
This role is responsible for arranging and managing travel across the business, ensuring employees can travel safely, efficiently, and in line with company policies. Your work will be vital in supporting operations by delivering a reliable and high-quality travel service.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring travel arrangements are well planned and adaptable to changing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate flights, accommodation, and ground transport for employees across the organisation.
- Provide guidance on travel routes, airline choices, and country-specific requirements.
- Manage travel disruptions, such as delays or cancellations, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
- Support visa applications and travel documentation processes.
- Liaise with employees, project teams, and external travel providers.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential
- Experience in corporate travel, travel agency, or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of travel documentation and industry requirements.
Desirable
- Experience using travel booking systems.
- GDS (Global Distribution System) experience or certification.
- Previous experience supporting travel for projects or operational teams.
