Travel Concierge Assistant | SW London | Office based | Salary Circa £32,000
Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with an award-winning tour operator who are looking for a Travel Concierge Assistant to join their growing team.
The Role:
As Travel Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for helping create a seamless and personalised experience for clients throughout their travel journey. You will support with client communication, supplier coordination, travel documentation and general administration, ensuring every detail is handled to the highest standard. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves travel, enjoys working in a luxury environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

You Will Have:
- A genuine passion for travel and a desire to work within the luxury travel sector
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to deliver a high level of customer service and build strong relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Previous administration, operations or customer service experience
- Experience using airline GDS systems is advantageous but not essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Additional Info:
- Salary circa £32,000
- Fully office-based in SW London
- Monday to Friday role (no weekends)
