Sales Consultant – Educational & Sports Travel

Location: Surrey
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

They’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join their growing team in Surrey. What Will I Be Doing?

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the key link between the client and their unforgettable travel experience. You’ll be:

  • Developing new business and managing existing accounts
  • Creating bespoke travel proposals that meet the specific needs of schools, colleges, and sports groups
  • Accurately costing trips using internal systems and managing budgets
  • Working closely with internal departments to coordinate transport, accommodation, and activities
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the booking process and beyond

What Experience Do I Need?

You might have previous experience in sales, customer service, or travel – or you might be a recent graduate with a passion for travel and a real hunger to learn and succeed. What’s most important is that you’re:

  • Confident communicating with clients by phone and email
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable using IT systems and learning new tools (CRM experience is a bonus)
  • Commercially aware and able to work towards targets
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player
  • Interested in educational or sports travel, and excited by the idea of helping shape meaningful experiences for young people
  • Open to occasional travel as part of the role
