To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to join our fast-paced, international, and design-led London office in Holborn.
You Will Support the coordination of luxury travel requests, working closely with Senior Luxury Experience Designers and the Team Leader Assist in managing full itineraries, including ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics, and exclusive experiences Communicate with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and partners under the guidance of senior team members Contribute to the preparation of tailor-made itineraries and proposals for elite clientele Support the maintenance of professional relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction Use BeConcierge CRM to create, update, and track bookings, products, and contacts Assist with quotations, pricing, and follow-ups to support sales performance and conversion rates Work closely with the team to help resolve client requests and issues efficiently and professionally Collect and share client feedback with senior team members to support continuous service improvement Gradually develop autonomy and confidence in managing bookings and client communication

You Are Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage Passionate about luxury travel, lifestyle, and high-end service Based in London (this is a fully in-office position) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with basic calculations; pricing and costing knowledge is a plus Previous experience, internships, or a strong interest in the travel, hospitality, or luxury service industry Positive, proactive, and client-focused, with a strong willingness to learn Motivated, polished, and eager to grow professionally within a high-performance, international environment
