Luxury Travel Consultant with Event Specialism
Our client is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant with events experience, who excels in crafting exceptional, high-touch journeys for VIP clients. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a boutique travel business specialising in complex leisure and event travel for high-net-worth individuals and prestigious brands.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of VIP and high-value leisure & event travel clients
- Deliver bespoke, end-to-end luxury travel, including:
- Premium hotels & villas
- Private, first-class flights
- Dedicated concierge services
- Handle group and event travel, covering:
- Room blocks for delegates
- Multi-destination itineraries
- Logistics coordination
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with:
- Luxury hotels
- Elite airlines
- Global travel suppliers
- Create and pitch customised travel proposals
- Ensure seamless delivery of bespoke experiences
- Process complex, last-minute, and high-priority travel requests

About You
- Proven experience in luxury leisure, group, or specialist travel
- Strong Sabre knowledge (critical for database and booking systems)
- Extensive experience managing high-net-worth or high-touch clients
- Exceptional market knowledge of:
- Luxury hotels
- High-end travel products (destinations, flights, activities)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure
- Commercially astute with a passion for exceptional service delivery
