To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to join our fast-paced, international, and design-led London office in Holborn.

You Will

  • Support the coordination of luxury travel requests, working closely with Senior Luxury Experience Designers and the Team Leader
  • Assist in managing full itineraries, including ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics, and exclusive experiences
  • Communicate with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and partners under the guidance of senior team members
  • Contribute to the preparation of tailor-made itineraries and proposals for elite clientele
  • Support the maintenance of professional relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Use BeConcierge CRM to create, update, and track bookings, products, and contacts
  • Assist with quotations, pricing, and follow-ups to support sales performance and conversion rates
  • Work closely with the team to help resolve client requests and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Collect and share client feedback with senior team members to support continuous service improvement
  • Gradually develop autonomy and confidence in managing bookings and client communication

You Are

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Passionate about luxury travel, lifestyle, and high-end service
  • Based in London (this is a fully in-office position)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with basic calculations; pricing and costing knowledge is a plus
  • Previous experience, internships, or a strong interest in the travel, hospitality, or luxury service industry
  • Positive, proactive, and client-focused, with a strong willingness to learn
  • Motivated, polished, and eager to grow professionally within a high-performance, international environment
