Purpose of the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join McLaren Racing’s fast-paced Travel team as a Travel Coordinator. In this role, you will help deliver seamless travel arrangements for business travel, group events and non-F1 activity across a wide range of global locations.

You will play an important role in coordinating flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, itineraries and travel amendments, ensuring colleagues and teams have the support they need to travel efficiently, accurately and with confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate business travel requests across the McLaren Group, creating clear and detailed itineraries.
  • Manage hotel rooming lists, car hire reservations, transfers and amendments to existing travel plans.
  • Support McLaren Marketing Events and group travel requirements for worldwide events.
  • Coordinate visa applications where required and maintain accurate travel documentation records.
  • Process invoices and credit card reconciliation, and support travel bookings using GDS systems such as Sabre.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a travel, events or coordination-focused role.
  • GDS experience is highly desirable, with Sabre experience preferred.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail, including when working to tight deadlines.
