Job Description Prestige Travel Agency by Mich USA is seeking a Travel Customer Experience Representative to support clients throughout their travel journey, from booking through post-trip follow-up. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, customer service, and delivering high-quality experiences in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests. Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies. Follow up with clients to confirm itineraries and satisfaction. Resolve customer concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving. Maintain accurate client and booking records. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer service experience required; travel or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with technology and learning booking systems and CRM tools. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
