Travel Customer Representative
We are looking for a Travel Customer Representative to assist clients throughout their travel journey — from the first inquiry to their return home. This role centers on providing friendly support, coordinating travel details, and making sure each traveler feels confident and cared for every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms with general travel questions and guidance
- Help confirm reservations, review itineraries, and support minor changes or requests
- Provide clear information about destinations, documentation, and travel policies
- Follow up with travelers before departure to ensure they are prepared
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team while maintaining a positive client experience

- Customer service experience preferred (any industry welcome)
