Travel Logistics Coordinator

Looking for an organized and detail-driven Travel Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations by coordinating travel arrangements, managing booking details, and ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly from start to finish. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured systems, managing timelines, and keeping multiple moving parts organized.

In this role, you'll use established tools, processes, and training to assist with coordinating travel plans, tracking important details, and maintaining efficient workflows. You'll work independently while ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and a high standard of service.

Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate travel logistics, timelines, and booking details
  • Assist with organizing transportation, accommodations, and related arrangements
  • Communicate with clients and team members to gather and confirm key information
  • Track updates, monitor outstanding items, and follow up as needed
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation
  • Review travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support smooth workflow by keeping all tasks on schedule

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in coordination, scheduling, logistics, or customer support (preferred, not required)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-focused, dependable, and proactive
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
