The Team
You’ll join a small Global Mobility team, where everyone has the opportunity to make an impact. While currently one person oversees and is directly responsible for all travel operations, the team collaborates across travel, visas, immigration, processes, and policy development to support global events.
No two days are alike, blending operational delivery, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and hands-on. We encourage contributions from everyone, challenge traditional ways of working, and help shape how Global Mobility evolves as we scale.
We value ownership, flexibility, and a willingness to learn, with the shared goal of delivering exceptional support to the business while building smoother, more efficient operations.
We move fast but prioritise ensuring everyone enjoys being part of the team while having the support needed to succeed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
