As a Travel Operations Specialist, you’ll manage the behind-the-scenes coordination of client itineraries, handling end-to-end administration from booking confirmation through to their return home—ensuring every journey runs smoothly and seamlessly.

Role Highlights
- Itinerary Management: Accurately confirm all elements of client bookings, ensuring services are secured on time and in line with agreed SLAs.
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage itinerary updates and amendments, working closely with Country Specialists and suppliers to keep plans accurate and seamless.
- Quality Assurance: Complete thorough booking checks and validations, ensuring all confirmations, records, and costings are correct.
- Pre-Travel Preparation: Finalise all travel details ahead of departure, preparing personalised documentation and ensuring every aspect of the trip is ready.
- Operational Support: Provide behind-the-scenes support while clients are travelling, managing changes and reissuing documentation where required.
It Would Be Great If
- You are highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities accurately
- You are a confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- You take pride in delivering high-quality work, ensuring accuracy and excellent service at every stage
- You are calm, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- You are a proactive problem solver, comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
- You are committed to continuous learning and development, with a passion for improving processes and skills
- You have strong Maths and English skills and are confident using Office 365 tools
- You embody a positive, team-oriented mindset, aligned with Audley’s values and passion for travel
- Previous travel or CRM system experience (including supplier costing and flight bookings) is an advantage, but not essential

- 📍 This role is located in our Witney, Oxfordshire office. Please note the office is in a rural location with limited public transport options, so we recommend reviewing your travel arrangements before applying. The work pattern for this role is 9–5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9–5pm on Friday.

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 3 main stages:
- One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to complete a video submission using a platform called HireVue. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further.
- A follow-up call with a recruiter to discuss next steps and share further details on the role.
- The last and final stage is an interview with two Travel Operations Managers from the hiring team.
- Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
