Do you dream of a career in travel? Would you like to help support some of the biggest sporting, music, and entertainment events around the world?
The Travel Places Academy is a six-week, fully paid training programme based at our offices in Worthing, West Sussex.
- Applications for our next intake open from July 2026.
- Successful applicants start the Academy in October.
- After completing your training, you’ll join your assigned team in a permanent role with Travel Places.
The Travel Places Academy is open to people from a wide range of backgrounds. You might be:

Training Overview:
Alongside other trainees, you’ll spend six weeks receiving:
- In-depth training on the systems and processes used across our business
- Tools and skills for:
- Hotel bookings
- Flight ticketing
- Ground transport
- Pricing
- Client communications
- Tools and skills for:

- Travel Places
- Our clients
- Our teams
- Different areas of the business
