Location: Portsmouth, UK
Employment Type: Full Time, Fixed Term until 31st July 2027
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Travel & Relocation Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of team travel and employee relocation. Working closely with the Travel Operations team, this role will combine the administration of travel requests with the coordination of accommodation, tenancy agreements, payments, and relocation logistics. Due to the nature of international travel, occasional out-of-hours support will be required when employees are travelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Coordination

  • Manage travel requests from submission through to completion
  • Arrange flights, accommodation, transfers and other travel requirements, as part of the travel booking team
  • Ensure travel bookings comply with company policies and budgets
  • Maintain accurate travel records and itineraries
  • Provide support to travelling employees before, during and after trips
  • Respond to urgent travel issues and changes, including occasional out-of-hours support when required, resolving travel disruptions, flight cancellations and last-minute changes

Relocation Administration

  • Support the Naples Operations Assistant
  • Assist with the preparation, review and administration of tenancy agreements and relocation documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of relocation arrangements and contract documentation
  • Prepare and track accommodation-related payments, including deposits, rent and utility invoices, working closely with the finance department
  • Ensure contracts, invoices and supporting documentation are filed accurately and are readily accessible

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 1-3 years of experience in administration, travel coordination, relocation, HR, operations or similar support role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional out-of-hours support for employee travel
